This is about my first ride. The ride with my friends to my homeland, the highrange ( Idukki district)
We planned the ride a week before it happened. I booked my maiden motorcycle, my Royal Enfield classic 350 and got it a day before the ride happened. We started early morning at 6.00 am from thevara cochin. Our destination was Kattappana, Idukki, covering a distance of 160km. We kick started the journey and by 8.30 we reached at a place called elaveezhapoonchira, a beautiful sightseeing. We planned to go up there. But the route was so tough that my new bike will get worse if I go up there. So the other two went up and me and my friend waited down. After a few hour they came back. It was a paradise view they said. And then we continued.
We started to get up to the mountains. Very beautiful roads through the forest. Almost 50km through forest. That was fantastic. And through few dams and in front of Idukki dam, Asia's largest arch dam we continued to Kattappana. After a few hours we reached my home. The ride is complete. Three bullets . 4 friends. My first big ride.
